At Riaction Performance Shocks, we stand behind our suspension engineering and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your vehicle's handling. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return unused components in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the shocks and accessories in their original internal protection and box to prevent any cosmetic or structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Facility

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the components are in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
